The Mist

Clouds won’t write tonight,
they’ve dripped dry by star
light soaked down through
the skin, within its familiar
intention sighing a sky full
of puddles, muddled in big
dipper verses written over,
under stronger bolt strikes.
Like why’s positivity hit, lit,
lifted back up to be the mist.
